With immediate effect or by agreement, we sell two parcels of land belonging together to the agricultural zone on the southern outskirts of Reichenburg.
The property impresses with its natural and peaceful location. To the south and west, there is a wide view of the green meadows and the gentle rolling landscape. To the east, the view extends over vast meadows to the mountains in the distance.
The plots are located in a particularly quiet and idyllic environment, nestled in a well-maintained and green landscape.
Despite its natural location, the village center is in the immediate vicinity. According to the first preliminary clarifications, a construction volume of around 835 m³ (according to SIA 116), a usable main area of around 136 m² and a secondary usable area of around 170 m² can be expected.
