Description
The "Fleur d'Eau" estate was built between 1865 and 1867 by architect Francis Gindroz(1823-1878) for Parisian banker Théodore Vernes d'Arlandes (1820-1893) in Renaissance style, blended with 18th-century classicism.
This marvelous maison de Maître replaces the former home of painter and art dealer Auguste Brun (1758-1815).
It features a remarkable park with a succession of terraces and pergolas. The gardens were redesigned in 1949 by JeanCamoletti.
On July 11, 1986, the "Fleur d'Eau" property was the venue for the famous meeting between Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev.
To date, the property has been entirely refurbished into offices, using top-quality materials and is in a condition that can be considered as new. It is used by a company with global trading activities.
An annex house totaling around 376 m2 floor space on 3 levels, currently comprising a personal dwelling, 3 garages, could be converted into offices.
